Interesting facts about Bundall
Bundall is a Suburb located in the Gold Coast, west of Surfers Paradise and Nerang River. Its name is a deviation of the Aboriginal word for a species of prickly vine. The locality was originally established by British landowner Edmund Henry Price in 1862. The northern boundary of the area runs from the southern Nerang Riverbank to the Gold Coasts Arts Centre. It then continues south, bordering the present day Village High Road, alongside Benowa. The locality of Sorrento, Queensland is within the Southern section of the Suburb of Bundall.
